After a weekend spent Catfishing over in Trempealeau, I decided to share some of my favorite catfish recipes. One, in particular, is one I love making, because it reminds me of Crabcakes. Served up with Horseradish Mayo and a side of slaw, they are a tasty way to enjoy catfish.

Cool Ranch Catfish is another good recipe to try, especially if you have kids who don’t like catfish!
