Chicken Enchiledas

Flavor! editor Sally A. Miller

Tastes like chicken ...

In my opinion, chicken is a great item to have in your fridge and freezer.

It’s versatile and easy to work with. And it’s so inexpensive. I buy a few bags of frozen skinless, boneless chicken to keep in my freezer, for those days I want to throw something together quickly, like Two-Step Chicken and Biscuits.

I love making Chicken Enchiledas or Chimichangas for dinner. Served with chopped onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce and cheese, it’s a meal the whole family loves. And it’s a great left-over for work.

And Easy Chicken Pot Pie lets me put a hot comfort food meal together for my family in no time. Served with a side salad and ice tea, it’s perfect for a cold evening.

So, the next time someone says something “tastes like chicken,”  remember... that’s  not a bad thing.
